Now that pull request grouping has been introduced we don't need the workflows associated with a dependency-updates branch.
Scala steward is configured to raise dependency updates against main and we saw that grouped PRs were successfully being raised 1, 2.
Now we have PR grouping from scala-steward we don't need workflows related to the dependency-updates branch anymore.
