What does this change?

This combines changes from dependabot PRs https://github.com/guardian/mobile-n10n/pull/1264, https://github.com/guardian/mobile-n10n/pull/1265, https://github.com/guardian/mobile-n10n/pull/1266 because there builds are broken from due to not having the correct scopes in the CI environment.

This has been fixed going forward and this PR is to make it simpler to merge the changes prior to this fix.
