Multi-user UI improvements #115

As we move towards Hatch having multiple users there are several features that editorial have fed back as being useful:

[ ] More meaningful in progress status marker
[x] Assigned-to dropdown option / Workflow assignment integration and visibility (#119)
[ ] Show who is in a given curation page
[ ] View mode as default, extra click to edit

A place to leave notes has also been mentioned though Pinboard integration (#65) ought to cover that.
