Al vfocus mutation unit tests #67

This PR adds unit tests for VFocus mutation methods and fixes a bug in VFocus.insertAfter(). The new nodes were added after the last element of the tree but only assigned to a variable while the three was not updated with this change.

Please note that the tests do not cover the VFocus.refresh() as agreed with @robinedman HOW TO TEST Tests should pass.
