On collapsing a note, we should move the cursor outside the note #77

Users are complaining that after created a note, they collapse it but the cursor remains inside the note. We should do one of two things:

  1. If you note some text, we should move the cursor outside the note at this point OR
  2. On collapsing the note and the cursor is within the note, we should move the cursor to the next position after the noting brackets.
