Fixes the focus issues in Chrome 38.

Seemed OK when we tried it w Hugo but worth a round of QA to validate it fixes the issues in Composer in FF, Chrome pre and post 38

Can we rename the isFirefoxBug variable to something more sensible? If so what? isFocusBug?
