Publish source versions in releases #302

I think Scribe should publish releases that point to the source code as well as the optimized AMD bundle, such as the one I did here: https://github.com/guardian/scribe/tree/v0.1.17-src

This means that tools such as jspm can consume the source code instead of the optimized AMD bundle.
