Scala not Java #1

Whilst I might have to be fit with Teamcity's Springiness, I don't have to write Java.

Slightly in two minds on this, but it feels a bit less obnoxious for any other Guardianistas to work on if it's in Scala.

Does this mean including the scala library in your plugin?

Maybe it will start to pervade the rest of teamcity and convert the rest to scala too over time.
