External proxy support #15

Seems that the support of other HTTP proxy servers is bugged. I set the proxy server address and port but doesn't seem to connect to the server. Also using a network sniffer to the proxy server place, seems to not receive any request.

Maybe it could be useful to see how this other browser handle the proxy problem: http://code.google.com/p/zirco-browser/

There was a big in our settings apply code. This has been fixed in code and will be out shortly in Google Play.
