Old binary #25

The apk in the Google Play is 0.4.2 yet the binary for download from here (via guardian project website): https://github.com/guardianproject/Orweb/Orwebv2-280711-0.2.1.b.apk/qr_code and also the the version in F-Droid is 0.2.1. That's 11 months old.
