UI improvements (PNGs -> VectorDrawables; Camera preview overlay, ..) #221

Replace all png icons with VectorDrawables (Except for ic_stat_haven, does a svg version exist?)
Add overlay to camera preview to improve visibility of all white elements on that screen
Add missing toolbar back button on the events list screen
Rename event_item.xml to the more common item_event.xml naming convention
Minor reformatting
