Possibility to send alerts threw mobile data not using phone number #340

I have an old mobile phone i'd like to use to check a room with important stuff in my house. I took a second sim card in order to have internet connection on this phone. However, i only have internet and it is not possible to make a call with this phone. Do Haven allows me to be notified of events notre using a phone call ? I tried the Signal messenger app, but same, it seems both phone need valid (and different) numbers :-(
