Lil' Debi should not depend on Koush's Superuser #209

CM 13.0 handles the root permissions on its own, through the Privacy Guard. Thus, it's not necessary to install Superuser. Even though, Lil' Debi won't continue without Superuser installed.

I'm happy to see people are still interested in Lil' Debi! I personally don't have time to work on it, so I'd love to be able to hand it off to anyone who wants to take if over.
