[Draft] Setup for Bitrise Builds #55

Work in progress.

This sets up the development/debug build such that Bitrise can access appropriate signing certs, profiles, etc.

@n8fr8 To make an .ipa we can upload to Browserstack, we have to have signing credentials. Do we want to build an .ipa in CI and if so, which creds do we want to use? I don't have any objection to using mine for now.

The alternative would be just to run the tests.
