Fastly domain front cert was renewed on September 24th, causing it to stop working #1190

The Fastly front used for Moat was renewed, meaning that according to Fastly's domain fronting policy, it will no longer work. This means that the Ask Tor feature will not work. We need to update the domain fronting settings. I'd recommend moving to one of the CDN77 fronts.

I just looked farther back in the search history and noticed that it was also renewed on August 28th: https://crt.sh/?id=14326398491 Which means #1176 is possibly related

Thanks for merging! Do you have a timeline on when this might be made available to users on the Play and Fdroid stores?
