PLS ADD Heroku deploy #2207

We probably won't get to this until sometime in 2023.

@nrikas I'm not very familiar with Heroku. If we push our docker image up to DockerHub (#3013), is there a quick and easy way to deploy to Heroku from that?

Heroku is PaaS, so AFAIK there's no infrastructure to simulate the attack on. Closing this due to that and inactivity
