Notification spam #2731

Describe the bug

If you enable notifications on the website it results in endless spam of "your report is ready"

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the web page and enable notifications: image
  2. Run the monkey
  3. See the spam popping up every few secconds: image

Expected behavior

Getting the notification only once

react-desktop-notification is really old. We should probably use something like this
