Create a baseline images

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Zoo instances deployed from windows images have defender running, firewall and updates enabled. This means that each time a new instance is setup we need to remember to manually disable these features. Ubuntu images also contain potentially unwanted security features, like SSHGuard

Describe the solution you'd like Create baseline images. 1 for windows, 1 for linux Consider making a packer script for these baseline images
