Describe the bug

A user reported that firewall rules are not properly cleaned up after execution. Investigate this and fix it.

How I've tested:

Run monkey as admin in windows server 2016
Verify the firewall rule was created
Verify the firewall rule was deleted

Are we sure the customer has permissions to delete the firewall rule? It could be a case where a user can create, but not remove the firewall rules. In that case there's nothing IM can do
