Create a mockup for manual run component #3894

Objective

Figure out how manual run component should look like. Current workflow has issues:

It's not clear what "from island" and "manual" means.

Current manual run page is outdated, it requires a choice of the interface when a list of interfaces can be supplied. It has a "back" button, but maybe it should be a modal window? Also, windows has tabs, but only powershell is available.
