FAQ cleanup 1

What does this PR do?

The goal of this PR is to reduce the content in FAQ and correctly classify it according to Diataxis. This PR:

• Adds a "How To" guide for
  • Resetting the Island credentials (i.e. factory reset).
  • Downloading log files from the map.
  • Adds a reference page regarding log file locations.
  • Fixes various documentation shortcomings, such as incorrect links, typos, etc.
  • Removes some stale documentation.

More PRs will follow with the continued goal of improving the FAQ.
