Feature description

When creating a tunnel, it would be nice to choose the filtering DNS between AdGuardHome or Pihole. Some users would prefer one or the other, and we should support them.

I would throw in Technitium as well (https://hub.docker.com/r/technitium/dns-server) been running this as a past PiHole & AdGuardHome user -- Technitium has been rock solid.
