feat(docs): Add Support for Versioned Documentation

Description Currently, the documentation at Guardrails AI Docs does not support switching between different versions (latest, stable, previous). This can cause difficulties for users who are working with different versions of the framework.

Proposed Solution: Implement a versioning system for the documentation that allows users to switch between:

Latest version
Stable version
Previous versions

Benefits:

Backward Compatibility: Users can easily find documentation relevant to the version they are using.
Stability: Users can refer to the stable version to avoid issues with features still in development.
Consistency: Ensures consistent understanding and implementation of features across different versions.
