Open Scenario 2.0 Running Error #1

Describe the bug When I ran the Open Scenario 2.0, an error is reported the first time, but the second time is running properly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start carla
  2. Start manual control
  3. Run a scenario of openscenario 2.0 python scenario_runner.py --osc2 srunner/examples/cut_in_and_slow_range.osc
