problem suggestion background should be darker #78

Hello Andrea

Thanks for great work. I finally started using daily, mostly of better syntax highlight with RainbowDrops theme ( now from newer ECT)

Issue: when problem popup appears, its background is too light. However when the windows is activated it becomes OK, quite readable.

Compare screens.

I have the same problem on OSX

After going just about every preference panel I could find, it does not appear to be fixable with Luna. I wonder if its also related to the problem of links in the preference pages.
