RainbowDrops.epf includes a version control deletion indicator color, but doesn't include colors for addition and change indicators (at least for Python! I see them in the screenshots?) The default Addition color is grey which makes line numbers impossible to read; I've changed it to dark Green to match additions in git diff. The default Change color is a redish grey. Red often means error (or delete in git diff), so I've changed it to blue. I changed the delete indicator a more staturated pink color to differentiate it from the red error lines, which is especially useful in the overview ruler.
Default Eclipse Colors
Replacement Colors
I'm sure we can have discussions about exactly what colors to use, but these work well enough and everything is legible.
