Korean & Japanese Language Packs problem (1.8.13.0 64 bit) #2440

I use Win7 64bit and I have installed 1.8.13.0 64 bit recently.
I also installed Korean Language Pack.
However I could not see Korean on language selection (Settings - General - 
Language)

I installed several other Language Packs and they works fine except Japanese.
Japanese Pack seems just Korean one.

My coworker using winXP 32bit has no problem for 1.8.13.0 version and Korean 
Pack.

I also have same problem at Win8.1 for Korean 64bit Language Pack.
I attached my screenshot.
It is suspicious that the files which have name 1042.dll are chaged on 
2014-11-25 ?

What's the version of these dll?
Right Click -> Properties -> Details tab

Even install "TortoiseGit-LanguagePack-1.8.13.0-64bit-ko_KR.msi", version of 
language dlls is "1.8.12.0".
Please check msi file.

Could you delete *1042.dll and then install 
TortoiseGit-LanguagePack-1.8.13.0-64bit-ko_KR.msi again?

This issue is still remained. I installed TortoiseGit-1.8.14.0-64bit and 
TortoiseGit-LanguagePack-1.8.14.0-64bit-ko_KR, but I noticed that the version 
of DLL files installed in Language directory is 1.8.12

@meganero: I just rechecked, downloaded the Korean language packs and checked 
the dll versions (extracting using z7ip): all are @1.8.14.0.

I also re-checked all dlls for 25 languages.
All of them are 1.8.14.0.

1. Download & Install all (25) languages
2. Verify 150 DLLs version, and all are 1.8.14.0
