Installer not opening on win 8.1 64 bit #2472

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I can't open 64 bit installer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
installer opening

No installer opening

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On 64 bit
what operating system? 8.1

ok, it opened, it just tool like 10 minutes....

We're using Windows Installer, so there is nothing we can do about this. Sorry.
