"Split commit" label to "Edit/Split commit" in Rebase dlg #2477

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I want to edit the a file in before a few commits, I finally found it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It actually have two functions, because it will ask the "Add another commit?" 
after editing files, if I choose No, just editing files in the commit, not is 
"Split".

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.8.13.0 (C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin)
