Recursive option is not on by default in clone dialog #2484

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clone a repo
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It would be better to have the 99% use case of wanting a recursive checkout 
defaulted rather than having every user remember to scan and set options to 
clone, which often results in a shallow clone, compile errors followed by 
cloning again after remembering to click the checkbox.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? 

TortoiseGit 1.8.13.0 (C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin) 
git version 1.9.5.msysgit.0 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\bin) 

On what operating system?

Windows 7
