TortoiseGitUDiff: Add keyboard shortcuts #2513

It would be convenient to have a set of standard shortcuts in TortoiseGitUDiff:
- Open: Ctrl+O
- Save as: Ctrl+S
- Print: Ctrl+P

btw: Where does "Save" save the diff? Probably in some temp-directory? IMHO the 
normal use case will be to save the diff to some specific location, therefore I 
choose Ctrl+S for "Save as" and not for "Save".

I just noticed that the commands are already working, but there is no 
indication in the file menu that those shortcuts exist. I got confused because 
Ctrl+S doesn´t open the save dialog even when the user hasn´t saved yet (but 
TortoiseGitUDiff has done so automatically).

It depends on the way you open/use TortoiseGitUDiff.

For Save as, please use Ctrl + Shift + S.
