Adaptive bugtracker settings for GitLab projects #2521

I'd like to be able to use repository origin address in bugtracker 
configuration window. As of now we have to configure each repository 
individually as origin GitLab projects have different names and namespaces.

This could be solved by providing user with pre-parsed variables (specifically 
project and namespace) in bugtracker.url field:

http://gitlab.local/%namespace%/%project%/issues/%bugid%

I'm using Windows 7 x64 TortoiseGit 1.8.12.0
