Feature Request: Implement view for branches

Currently TortoiseGit shows every branch in all operations that affect 
branches. It should be possible to define a view (or views) per repository to 
show only the branches in that view/s.

Background: We have a lot of branches on the remote and for some reason we 
cannot delete it. So this is getting more and more difficult to find a specific 
branch. With a view only the branches one is interested in could be shown which 
would make the search a lot easier

Have you tried?
1. Ctrl + F in Log message dialog
2. Group some branches by refs/head/[group_name]/[branch_names]
3. Use the top-left hyper link of Log Message dialog to select the branches you 
want to show

Then, please try to provide some concrete steps for feature request.
