Visible status "committed but not pushed" #2527

Steps to reproduce:
1. Commit a change
2. Do not push this
3. Try to distinguish in the folder visualy which file is not pushed

In other tools it is possible to see easily this status of a commit. Not seeing 
this directly in the folder can lead to mistakes (forget to push).

Solution suggestion:
Show a yellow icon for commited but not pushed files.
(in addition to green = same, red = different).

Version 1.8.7 for windows.

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry, but we cannot add new overlay icons to explorer as 1) Windows limits the 
number of possible active overlay icons and 2) we rely on TortoiseOverlays.
