Submodule update does not autoload Putty key #725

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure Pageant is not running (which will be the case after a reboot).
2. Perform a submodule update from either sync dialog or context menu
'Submodule Update...'.
3. Authentication will fail.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The sync dialog has a check box to 'Autoload Putty Key', which is currently
used when connecting to the remote for fetch and pull. But it appears this
checkbox is ignored when performing the Submodule update.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TGit 1.6.5-32bit
msysGit 1.7.3.1
WinXP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
The context menu 'Submodule Update...' does not have a method of enabling this
option. Could Autoload Putty key be an global option to the repo, rather than
an option specified at the various dialogs (sync, fetch and pull).
