Auto looter problems #106

1. The auto looter should only loot from corpses which are not contained in
another container.
2. It should not try to loot monsters that die in another floor.

Simple, make a friend kill a monster, or drag a corpse in the floor below, right
below you, and your tibia will say: First go to the floor below.
