Battlelist and Items Alarms not loading #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set All possible conditions for both Battlelist and Items Alarms.
2. Press Save.
3. Close TTB and open Alarms window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All Battlelist Alarm should be reloaded, yet the conditions of "Activate 
Alarm If" (Player, Monster/NPC, Player Killer, GM/CM) stay unchecked. This 
also happens in the Items Alarm with Blank Runes (not sure of other 
conditions).
