Spell-parsers isn't working on Irc private messages

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open private chat on irc with someone
2. Try to cast some spell (I tried to cast exura gran and exori san)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My char will cast spells, and guy who I am talking with won't get my
spells. Instead guy who I am talking with will get my msgs and my char
won't cast any spells

What version of TibiaTek Bot are you using?
Revision 254

What operating system are you using?
Windows xp
Do you have .NET Framework 2.0 installed?
I have 3.5
Is the problem experienced on official servers or OT servers?

It works almost. It's saying the spell few times instead of one though.
