-When your nick is said in any irc channel, you get notified using an 
information message :3
-Ability to kick/ban ppl directly from the game.
-Ability to make people join other TTB channels.

-Disallow the use of nicknames that contain the words: GM, CM, Administrator, 
Admin, etc
-Disallow the use of symbols other than standard punctuation when using /me
-Disallow the use of words like: GM, CM, Administrator when using /me
