800-char limit on validate() for l2t_csv prevents some parsing

I'm observing more and more incidence of extremely long l2t_csv lines, 
particularly those involving registry keys from Plaso.  Some of our users' 
workflows still involve legacy log2timeline, and as such it'd be nice to see it 
continue to work.

While I was there, I also fixed the error message so it'd actually work, second 
patch.
