Firefox cache doesn't detect moz-page-thumb entries #8

As of Firefox 12, mozilla stores moz-page-thumb entries in FF cache. These 
entries have info_size of 0 so they're passed over by the garbage detection 
routine in ff_cache.pm (info_size > 0).

ff_cache.pm needs updating to accept info_size >= 0.
