Email Templates for use with Mailgun #5

Using Mail Chimp, develop email templates that will be used by Mailgun to communicate with users.

Galen will help with content development.

@gudell when will we be receiving the content to include in the email templates?

@gudell do you have any reference images of what you'd like a template to look like?

Templates are finished. I tested them on different webmail services and email clients and the only problem I've experienced is the alignment of the footer social media and app icons in the Outlook desktop app. Other than that, they're good to go.

I created alternative emails to send to the Outlook desktop application if there is an option to do so in Mailgun
