This PR updates readme to make examples more consistent. It also removes prism-show and moves that functionality to prism-list. Similarly, prism-bindingshow is removed in lieu of prism-bindinglist. Just add an ID! This makes the prism plugin more consistent with existing CLN API, e.g., listoffers.
