Should has option to change extension's meta easily #5

Actually the skeleton option plays with conflict resolution, but in a simple way and ignores some changes already made on files.

Since its purpose is to create an initial skeleton pgxn_utils should have a new option just to play with changes and committing them to repo if any exists.
