Manpage #15

Hi cargo-strip is being packaged for Debian repositories. And because of packaging policies every program needs a manual integrated into its binary.

So, I made a simple manual in order to meet this criterion. However, you can improve it so that in your next version it will be incorporated into the cargo-strip. Thank you! manpage.txt
