CLI version for headless streaming #98

Hi, I've been using this wonderful technology for some time, and there's a feature I'd like to see added. I use webtorrent-cli to stream things from my Ubuntu server straight to my devices, and I've also been using TorrenTV to stream things to my television. I was wondering if it would be possible to make a CLI version of TorrenTV, that uses a public facing IP address instead of a local one.

I would LOVE to see this added, as I'd like to stream from my server as well.
