No touch keyboard on MSI Windpad 110W #524

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. MSI Windpad 110W
2. android-x86-3.2-RC2-amd_brazos.iso 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Touch screen otherwise works fine with swipes and touches, but there is no on 
screen keyboard when trying to input into input boxes or text files.  USB 
keyboard works.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

When you try input into input boxes you can see keyboard icon in bottom bar, 
tap it and switch off hardwarekeyboard, then tap again on input box and virtual 
keyboard appear
