Wifi not working after re-start #620

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installation of Android x86 4.0 on Asus eee T101mt
2. after re-start wifi won't turn on
3. everything works except wifi after re-start

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Asus eee T101mt
Android x86 4.0 asus tablet/laptop 
Please provide any additional information below.

eee tablet/Laptop N570 Intel dual core CPU

camera does not work either!, neither does the cabled LAN

Same Asus eee T101mt
same problem
adding a problem : all settings done before restart ara missing. Android runs 
as a read only OS.

Only widgets removed. Look for Settings-Apps. Is this list clear?

I'm going to use android-x86-4.0-asus_laptop-20111209.iso. It looks more 
stable.

T101MT N570: 
Camera, Wi-Fi and browser are fixed in source tree.
Ethernet works in ethernet enabled build from 
http://tabletsx86.org/CYNEW-UPDATED-BUILDS.htm (not tested, use with caution).
