no display but only blackscreen in browesr

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just open any borwser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normal web page, but any borwser cannot display anything, just black screen.
But can click on blackscreen, where suppose to be links, also open new black 
page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android-4.0-eeepc-20120101  latest version for epc.

Please provide any additional information below.
