MSI WindPad 110w graphic artefacts in any browsers Android 4.0

MSI WindPad 110w AMD Brazos

1. Install
2. Run browser

In browser I see some small squares of about 200x200px, which contain an 
arbitrary piece of a screenshot of the current page.
This is evident even in the absence of connections on the page, "no Internet 
connection"
These squares overlap the contents of the page and do not give work normally. 
But, area below the squares - responding. For example, if you click on a link 
below this square, the link works.

Found the Problem. Rendering with openGL ins the Problem.

For non developers: 
-open Browser
-type about:debug in url-field
(Nothing happens!)
-go to settings
-debugging
-deselect  "enable opengl rendering"

Now builtin Browser works.
